2. Availability and activation
The display of a plan on the website does not guarantee availability at a specific location. Activation requires a technical assessment of coverage, line of sight, installation conditions and network capability. The final offer may include installation and equipment costs.
3. Speeds and quality
Advertised speeds are the nominal maximum speeds of each plan. Actual performance is affected by the installation location, wireless link, terminal equipment, Wi‑Fi use, number of devices, network load and other technical factors.
4. Charges and payments
Monthly charges, installation fees and any additional equipment are disclosed before activation. Invoices and available payment methods are shown in the client area. Any specific quotation or agreement takes precedence over general website prices for that installation.
5. Equipment and access
The customer must provide safe and lawful access to the installation location and electrical power where required. Unauthorised relocation, modification or interference with network equipment is not permitted where it may affect service or safety.
6. Support and faults
Support requests are submitted through the client area or the available contact channels. Euvoia.Net makes reasonable efforts to diagnose and restore service issues, taking into account site access, weather conditions, equipment availability and events of force majeure.
7. Specific contract
The complete commercial and technical terms of each service are set out in the contract, order or specific quotation accepted by the customer. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of that agreement prevail over the general content of this page.
8. Business plans and telephony
New business offerings and Voice add-ons are activated only through a tailored offer. The SLA, installation fees, duration, taxes, levies and any specific conditions are finalised before acceptance. Telephony uses modulus services and is subject to its terms and current tariffs.
